Confidentiality:

Confidentiality covers all kind of proprietary information that is belonging to RPT and our foreign partners being represented by RPT in Turkey. This is the kind of information related with competition, company secrets, financial information that is not publicly announced, the confidential agreements made with third parties and the restricted information on Government customer’s administrative specifications that could create conflicts and disadvantaged conditions when disclosed to other parties. We must care confidential information with utmost concern and should never disclose to third parties.

Anti- bribery, Corruption:

We always act in accordance with universally known ethical rules. For this reason, we stay away from unethical business activities. We must comply with not only Turkish but also internationally applicable laws and regulations.

Legal responsibilities:

We perform all our activities in accordance with Turkish and international laws and regulations and standard ethical customs when there is no applicable law or regulations.
